Rogerio Ramos joins Odisha FC as Goalkeeping Coach

Odisha FC has signed Rogerio Ramos as the new Goalkeeping Coach, ahead of the Hero Indian Super League’s seventh season. The former Indian national team goalkeeping coach joined today on a two-year contract with the Bhubaneswar-based side. Besides the Indian senior team and numerous national age group teams, the Brazilian has also been the Sudan National Team’s goalkeeping coach. The 46-year-old former goalkeeper was also involved in various clubs such as EC Santo Andre SP and EC Novo Hamburgo RS in Brazil, Mahindra United and Vasco Sports Club in India, Young In Academy in South Korea and NEA.Salamina in Cyprus.
Speaking on the new goalkeeping coach, Head Coach Stuart Baxter said, “I welcome Rogerio Ramos to the OFC family and I’m sure he’s going to be a very good addition to our coaching staff. He ‘s got the experience of working in India and he’s also spoken to Assistant Coach Gerry Peyton. We ‘re all on the same page as regards OFC goalkeepers and that’s going to be a big benefit for us all.
